Hair must be in the original state as it was shipped to you.

Any hair that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way dose not qualify for our Exchange Policy.

You have up to 7 DAYS after receiving purchase to exchange. If for some reason the hair dose meet your expectations and want a different length, texture, or type of hair, you can ship the hair back to us and we will make sure its within our exchange policy.

We do not refund shipping charges. You will have to pay for return shipping. We will send you a invoice to ship your items back to you.
